All loan applications are subject to credit approval and underwriting. Terms, rates, and availability of financing are determined on a case-by-case basis.

3. Loan Application Process

When you submit a loan application or inquiry through our Site:

• You understand that submission of an application does not guarantee approval or funding
• You agree to provide additional documentation as requested during the underwriting process

Consent and Program Description

By providing your mobile phone number and opting in via our contact form, you expressly consent to receive recurring marketing and promotional SMS/MMS messages from MAF LLC. These messages may include offers, updates, and information about our financial products and services, and may be sent using an automated telephone dialing system (ATDS).

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies. You may receive up to 4 messages per month, though the actual number of messages may be lower depending on current promotions and updates.

Data Rates

How to Opt Out

You may opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any text message you receive from MAF LLC. After sending STOP, you will receive one final confirmation message, and then no further messages will be sent unless you opt in again.
